5 TO 12 YEARS MEMBERS AND NON-MEMBERS WELCOME

PARTICIPANTS TO BRING:

  • Packed lunch, morning tea and a drink
  • Suitable clothes for gymnastics, e.g. shorts/leggings, t-shirt, leotard
  • Bare feet in the gym / Socks for Trampoline
  • Long hair tied back
  • No jewellery
  • Suitable clothing for Arts and Craft and Cookie Decorating days, i.e. clothing that you don’t mind getting dirty.
For the first half of the day children will enjoy gymnastics based activities, ranging from team games to parkour and obstacle courses, to apparatus drills and more! In the afternoon we have a different activity for each day of the week:
Monday – Crafts

Tuesday – Cookie Decorating
Wednesday – Art
Thursday – Treasure Hunt
Friday –  Minute to Win It Challenge

Join us for trampoline and tumbling during the holidays to accelerate your performance, upskill and learn some cool new flips and tricks!! Fast track your skills to be ready for the next term! 3 hours full of fun, flips and tricks!

5 TO 13 YEARS MEMBERS AND NON-MEMBERS WELCOME

Payment is required on booking. CLICK HERE for links to our Fees Policy and  Credits Policy for info about payments, cancellations and make-ups.  We reserve the right to amend the program if there are insufficient numbers.

Children must be dropped off and collected on time. Late pick up penalties will apply and are as follows: 
$20 for the first 15 minutes
$10 for every 15 minutes thereafter.

Please note that while we take every precaution to ensure your child’s safety, NHG Gymnastics will not be held liable for any loss of, damage to, or injury to any persons or property while your child is in our care.
