Tumbling Recreation

For 5+ Years

This entry-level class is perfect for those who love flipping and tumbling ! This class works on floor skills only and is level based. Gymnasts will learn handstands, cartwheels, walkovers and basic shapes. 

Extension Tumbling

For 5+ Years

Via invite

Extension is for those who have developed the basic tumbling skills and want to progress into more advanced skills and combinations. Gymnasts must be able to comfortably perform a backwards walkover and advanced cartwheel. Gymnasts will learn how to perform round offs, handsprings, and aerials. 

Tumbling Squad

For 5+ Years

Via invite

Squad is for those who have shown an invested interest in developing their tumbling ability. While athletes can attend competitions the focus of the squad is personal development. 

Athletes must be able to perform a round off and a back handspring. 

Members will learn tumbling combinations and more advanced skills like flips and twisting skills. Athletes can progress towards Performance Tumbling but it is not required. 

Tumbling Foundation

For 5+ Years

This entry-level class is perfect for those who love flipping and tumbling ! This class works on floor skills only and is level based. Gymnasts will learn handstands, cartwheels, walkovers and basic shapes.

Tumbling

For 8+ Years

This class is perfect for those who love flipping and tumbling! This class works on floor skills only and is level based. Gymnasts are required to complete at least one term of gymnastics or trampoline before joining a tumbling class. Gymnasts will need to be tested or referred by their coach to the Tumbling level that is right for them.
