Our Diverse Needs classes have a strong focus on the Fundamental Movement patterns, trying new things, gaining confidence and strength.

Our Diverse Needs classes are carefully designed to foster confidence, strength, and exploration through Fundamental Movement patterns. These classes are not only for children with disabilities but also for those who benefit from more tailored approach with different learning styles, or require more sensory-friendly atmosphere or extra hands on support from the coach. Each session provides a safe, supportive and quieter environment in smaller group setting, where children can reach their full potential at their own pace.
Class Details
- Coach-to-Child Ratio: Each class is led by one coach with a maximum of 9 children.
- Environment: Classes take place in a spacious gym, providing a quiet atmosphere that allows children to focus on their tasks.
- Accompaniment: Each child must be accompanied by an adult (16 years or older) to assist in keeping them engaged and active.
Class Structure
- Warm-Up:
Each class begins with a warm-up on our 18-meter-long trampoline, where children learn to jump and develop body tension and coordination. - Floor Circuit:
After the warm-up, children transition to a floor circuit that varies weekly, introducing new challenges while maintaining a manageable level of difficulty. - Foam pit fun to end the class
Our goal is to create a welcoming and supportive environment where every child—regardless of their learning style, needs, or abilities—can thrive and build confidence.
