Calling all aspiring young gymnasts! 
Join us for an exciting Testing Day for NHG Performance’s STEPs Programme! 

Age Group: 
– Girls born between 2014 and 2017 for STEP 1 & 2 (We are looking for up to 10 gymnasts to join our team).
– Girls born before 2014 with potential to compete at STEP 3 or higher (Acceptance is dependent on space in a class at that level)

What is STEPs?

STEP stands for “Striving Towards Excellence in Performance.” It’s our Performance Program, following the Gymnastics New Zealand STEPs curriculum.

NHG Performance STEPs training expectations
– STEP 1 – 3: 3 sessions per week (up to 9hr/ week)
– STEP 4: 3 sessions per week (up to 12hr/ week)
