Cancellation Policy

If you give notice in writing that you/your child must cease to attend the class sessions part way through the term for reasons of injury or severe sickness, and you can provide a valid medical certificate from your registered medical practitioner, you will receive a refund for the portion of the term you have not attended the class. A cancellation fee of $20 will apply.

Any applicable refund will be paid out on the 20th class session.

If Gymnastics Community Trust have to cancel a class for any reason, we regret there will be no Make Up class, nor any refund given.

No Make Up class sessions

We do not offer a Make Up session

  • if you/your child are unable to attend a class session; or
  • if, during the term, a class session happens to fall on a statutory holiday; or
  • If Gymnastics Community Trust have to cancel a class for any reason.

Refund Policy

For an injury or severe sickness which prevents a gymnast from attending training during a term, a refund may be given. Injury or sickness refunds will only be given if your fees have been paid in full, and after you have provided a valid medical certificate from your registered medical practitioner.

Any applicable refund will be paid out on the 20th class session.

Returns Policy

If you have purchased merchandise and then decide to return it, it must be in its original condition prior to sale along with your purchase receipt.

Please note that:

  • If the merchandise has been used, is dirty or is damaged in any way we will not accept it back, and will not provide a refund.
  • For hygiene reasons no refunds can be given on clothing merchandise unless it is returned due to a manufacturing defect.
